Mark DeLancey
Founder & Executive Director
With over 30 years of dedicated community service and more than a decade specifically championing the LGBTQ+ community here on the Eastern Shore, Mark DeLancey is a leader driven by a simple, radical belief: we are meant to do more than just survive—we are meant to THRIVE!
A retired Marine and a seasoned advocate, Mark spent ten years building local support systems before following a calling to create something new, inclusive, and heart-centered.
As the founder of Together We Thrive, he is channeling his lifelong passion for service into a grassroots movement built from the ground up on a foundation of love and equity. For Mark, this isn't just a role; it’s a mission to ensure every individual on the Shore feels seen, supported, and empowered to live their most authentic life and stop merely surviving but start THRIVING!
